My 2021 Achievements

 

These are some of my achievements that I have acheived this year.

Lockdown Week 2

 I am still in lockdown.. Last week was pretty fun I went for walks I got to hang out with my sister who is also in my bubble and I got to hang out with my mum. I did lots of cooking and baking I have been doing lots of school work and I did lots of art and sports in my backyard. On wednesday Gisborne and other parts of the country are going into level 3 which means we are still in lockdown but its less strict.  Our class has been doing google meets every morning which is nice because I get to see all my friends and my teacher.                  Have fun in lockdown!

Purakau Animations

This is my animation, I was partnered with Ella Nicholson. We had to base it around a purakau that we had learnt over term 2. We made one based about Tarakiuta & Tarakitai the two boys that got killed by there cousin because of jealousy. This was hard to make because we had to make our own shapes and we were not allowed to use and copyright images.Hope you like it.

Spring

This is my spring writing. What we had to do was pick a slide and insert a picture of ourselves and then write about spring here is mine. I found it easy because I love writing. Thank you for reading this post

My speech

At school we had to use 3 different apps together to make 1 video.
I found it very very challenging.
There were lots of set back like you could only use 6 slides but I forgot (Oppps) Yo could only use 6 images or make them out of shapes.

My Powtoon

At school we have been making a powtoon of our inquiry question and sustainability.
I found it really fun because I love creating stuff.
I really didn't like recording my voice (it's embarrassing)

• I found this a little bit challenging because we had to decide what was public and what was private
  
  • I learnt that you have to ask people if it is OK if you put information
  • I found this learning fun because you got to talk with you friends and decide where what goes

My top tip

This is my learning about how to take care of a Chromebook
I really liked the part when we got to make our own poster
The part I found hard was making the Chromebook out of shapes but i'm pretty happy with the results
